Coming from a long ancestry of farmers from an island across the world, but having grown up in the West, and practicing medicine for over 20 years, I was able to observe the beautiful way that both traditional and holistic healing help the human condition.

But what I found missing... was the divine soul element....that spark of mysticism, creativity, passion, intuition, and self healing, that when activated, guides every fiber of our being, to our true destiny.

Thus, when I discovered sound healing, and the power of sound meditation, I knew this beautiful element must be shared, and Moon and Sage Sound and its studio locations across the country were born.

A crystal sound bath is a form of relaxation and gentle meditation where you lie on a comfortable mat, close your eyes, and drift into a state of rest, while beautiful sound bowls are played around you. The tones from the crystal bowls, are often described as angelic and ethereal and produce a soothing chime and soft vibration that reenergizes the body.
